Salicylic Acid is a beta hydroxy acid (BHA) used in skincare for its exfoliating properties. It helps remove dead skin cells, unclog pores, and reduce the appearance of acne, blackheads, and whiteheads. Salicylic Acid is often included in acne treatments, cleansers, and exfoliating masks. It also has anti-inflammatory properties, making it suitable for calming irritated skin. Salicylic Acid can improve skin texture and help prevent future breakouts.
