At SOAPATOPIA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to make your shopping experience as hassle-free as possible.

**Returns**

1. **Eligibility**: 

   - Items must be returned within 5 days of the date of delivery

   - The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

   - Certain items, such as perishable goods, fragrance oils and essential oils are not eligible for return.

2. **Return Process**:

   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [contact email/phone number] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

   - Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

   - Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.

   - Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

3. **Return Shipping**:

   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. **Non-refundable Items**:

   - Gift cards and promotional items cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference. however, an unboxing video is compulsory requirement for us to accept the returns.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However you can edit the items added by contacting us on the whats app number provided below. Any difference amount has to be paid by the customer before shipment
