Step 1: Prepare the Base

Take the liquid Castile soap in a glass or stainless steel bowl.

Step 2: Dilute the Soap

Dilute 1 part of Castile soap with 0.5 parts of DM water. For example, to make 1 kg of Castile soap, take 500 gms of Castile liquid and dilute it with 500 gms of DM water.

Step 3: Heat and Mix

Slightly heat the mixture until the soap and water blend completely.

Step 4: Add Fragrance or Additives

Add fragrance oils, essential oils, or other additives to the mixture. Up to 1.5% of fragrance or essential oils can be added. Mix lightly to prevent bubbles, then store in a container.
